About the Business
Event Drop is a small business in Dayton, Ohio that’s just getting started. For now we offer a short list of great backyard games, but in the future we’ll offer a full event kit - a “party-in-a-box” complete with tables, chairs, coolers, trash cans, speakers, pop-up tents, games, and more. We want to be your favorite shortcut for hosting great events over and over again.
The inspiration for Event Drop comes from a few core ideas:
Plan like a pro. Every event needs the same basic infrastructure to succeed.
Bring the fun. Small talk is boring. Guests want games, music, and more to enjoy together.
Lend a hand. Event setup and tear down is exhausting without some help.

About the Founder
A.J. Ferguson has been imagining and developing Event Drop through years of community innovation and engagement work and a tireless commitment to enjoying backyard barbecues. He has planned and supported all kinds of events and never shows up to a party without a few games in tow. Event Drop is the solution he always wished existed.
